Subway Order Causes ER Visit - Subway, Evansville Indiana

On 9/29, around 11AM I ordered online from Subway near the University of Evansville campus. About an hour later my stomach started bothering me and I went to the restroom with diarrhea. I went to the restroom (2) more times before leaving early from work around 1:30PM. I went to the emergency room and on my way I had to stop in the middle of the road to throw up. I threw up again inside of the hospital. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
