I was feeling fine two days ago until I picked up a quick breakfast from subway before my class. Ate it before class and after class I started feeling nauseous. I took a nap and woke up having a fever and diarrhea. And the next day comes with a huge headache. There was something off color about the lettuce they have been serving. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Headache
