Subway Protein Bowl Illness - Subway, Shelby Ohio

I was in Shelby at a meeting and was feeling fine. After I left my meeting I stopped at Subway and got a protein bowl with rotisserie chicken. On the way home I immediately started filling as if though I was going to have diarrhea and by the time I got home it was uncontrollable diarrhea and now my stomach is cramping terribly and I cannot stop having diarrhea and feeling as if though I need to vomit | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
