I had roasted chicken salad, ordered from foodpanda delivery service. About 20 minutes after eating, I had a massive headache and fever which lasted through the night. The next day, I had diarrhea. Had to go to the toilet more than 30 times a day. Nothing but watery stool. This continued for 5 days non-stop. Went to the clinic and they referred me to a hospital. I had to get admitted. Was discharged after 3 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Headache, Fever
