Steak Sub Causes ER Visits - Subway,

I ordered the Steak and Cheese. I went to the ER twice and missed 1 1/2 wks of work. I had severe stomach cramps/pain, fever, nausea, vomiting, dehyrated from the runny stools where I couldn't even make it to the bathroom. I still have 1/2 of the sandwich in my freezer as the health dept told me to freeze the half I have left in case they want to run tests on it. Now they won't since no others reported sickness from this restaurant. I can have it tested myself with the Dept of Agriculture in Omaha, NE for $100. I think I will so I can try to get my medical bills paid which are over $8000 | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration
