Wife and I both shared a foot long turkey sub and began vomiting when we returned home from work just a couple hours later. That vomiting was accompanied by fever/chills, diarrhea and severe muscle cramps throughout the night and now even 22 hours later | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills, Cramps
