Tuesday, April 5, 2016 my husband ate pepperoni pizza from Subway. About 30-45 minutes after eating, he began to feel very sick to his stomach. He subsequently began to vomit, quite violently. For the next 2-2.5 hours, he had violent episodes of vomiting and diarreah, terrible stomach cramps, nausea, and profuse sweating.
