Ate a foot long meatball hero about 4pm. Thought something was off, but didn't follow my instincts and finished food. Got home a little after 7pm. By around 8:30, I was vomiting in bathroom for the next 3 hours. Also had slight fever, sweats, chills, and a terribly upset stomach (of course). I couldn't even keep water down, but needed to keep hydrated best I could. I finally feel asleep after 1am for about an hour or so. When I woke up, I had terrible chills, headache, I was hot then cold, and didn't fall asleep again until 6am. When I awoke at 10am, I was terribly dehydrated, headache and very sensitive stomach. I'm drinking Gatorade, and at work today, but feel like I got hit by a truck after running a marathon. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Chills, Sweating
