Had a chopped salad with Turkey breast and all vegetables except jalapenos and pickles on Friday May 13th, 2016 at noon. Started feeling fatigued and run down by that night. Woke up and felt very tired and sick. Proceeded with diarrhea, fever of about 100 for 24 hours, stomach felt bloated and like v it had a big knot in it. I would almost peas out with nausea on several occasions when I would try to get up. (4:00am may 15). Starting to feel better now. Fever gone. May 15 8:00 am | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Bloating
