Chicken Salad Causes Illness - Subway, Lubbock Texas

I ate subway at around 6, and then I ate my leftovers again around 1130. I had a chicken salad and woke up at around 5-6 am with explosive diarrhea and vomiting. I threw up the salad pretty much whole, and now my vomit is dark yellow. I have severe stomach pains accompanied with this all. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
