Purchased a meatloaf footlong from subway in arcadia at the pavillions plaza on naomi st. Very soon after eating the sandwich i vomited my guts out and still have intestinal distress. Had I known of this website at the time (June 25, 2017) I would have reported immediately. Called the shop to tell them i was poisoned by the sandwich. They really asked me if i was going to sue. I explained it was far more important that they immediately stop service so more folks would not get poisoned. And no, i never had any intent of suing ... | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
