On Feb 15, 2017, I ordered a tuna sandwich from Subway in Graham, WA. The very next day, I experienced nausea, diarrhea and then vomiting. Couldn't hold anything down. Left work because I was feeling miserable. Ended up sleeping the whole day and not eating anything because I would throw up. Went to the doctor the next day because I wasn't better. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
