Repeat Tuna Sandwich Illness - Subway, Worcester Massachusetts

Couple of weeks ago I went to Subway and ordered a Tuna Sandwich. Almost immediately, my stomach started to make loud noises and soon after a severe diarrhea and headache. It lasted for two days. So, I decided to go there again after a week and ordered the same thing. I could not believe that the same reactions happened again. Not sure what is going on but I am definitely not coming back there ever again. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Headache
