Ate a flatbread assorted sub at 730pm. Woke up at 2:00am with abdominal cramps. Diarrhea and vomiting for half an hour. Went back to bed and diarrhea again when I woke up at 7am. No vomiting | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
