Chicken teriyaki with all veggies. Had it for dinner on 12/29 and woke up SO sick the next day, nausea, diarrhea, extreme stomach cramps. These cramps were so bad it made my back hurt and I felt exhausted from dealing with the pain. Unfortunately this was my birthday and I spent it sick :( today it 12/31 and I’m still not feeling great, my stomach hurts and I don’t have much of an appetite. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps, Loss of Appetite
