Food Safety Report: Subway.

Had a steak and cheese foot long for lunch around 2:30 or 3 Pm on the 10th. Started feeling nauseated by 5 pm and had to leave work. Threw up at least 8 or 9 times between 5 PM and the next morning and still felt ill all day. Incredibly dehydrated all the while as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
