Chicken Teriyaki ER Visit - Subway, Blacksburg Virginia

9 years ago reported by user-qjdq4528

Subway, University City Boulevard, Blacksburg, VA, United States

860 University City Boulevard, Blacksburg, 24060 Virginia, United States

Hadn't eaten anything since 4pm. Got a subway sandwich, chicken teriyaki at around 10:30. Went grocery shopping then home. Started eating the sand which around 11:15-11:30 and within 30 minutes it felt like my chest was going to explode. I had a fever and chills going on within the hour of eating it. There was immense pressure under my chest and upper stomach. Something I had never felt before. Usually taking pepto bismol has solved every stomach issue I've ever had. However, this time nothing happened. I waited until 2-3am for it to pass but it just seemed to get worse and stay the way it was. The feeling was like something was clogged going down your stomach. You wanted to throw up but you couldn't, it wouldn't come out. It's obvious it was the Subway because immediately after I ate it, this all happened. It's been almost 18 hours and the immense chest pressure is gone from the medicine they gave me at the ER, but my stomach Is still hurting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Chills
