BLT Sandwich Illness Symptoms - Subway, Chandler Arizona

My girlfriend ordered a BLT on artesian bread at this location (03/28/2022). A few hours later ahe complained about stomach pains. Throughout the night and morning after, she has muscle aches, more stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea, low fever, stinging eyes and headache.
