Off-Color Salami Illness - Subway, Kalamazoo Michigan

Got a salami sub today, it tasted very off. After 3 bites I decided to look and see if something was wrong with it. the salami was less pink than usual n had greyish brown coloring on the outer portion of multiple slices. I love salami subs from subway, the salami has NEVER tasted like that. my stomach still hurts. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Headache
