I ordered a pizza sub, and within two hours of eating I was having severe diarrhea, which turned into extreme nausea and vomiting. I have never had food poisoning this was a horrible experience. I was on a road trip home, and had to use a public restroom 30+ times to relive myself. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
