Went to the local SubWay, just out of 29 Palms Marine Corps Base for lunch. Ordered the Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki. Went down fine, didn't taste off. Woke up the next morning at 3am with irritable bowls, dizzy and a migraine. Used the bathroom and immediately threw up. Drank Pedialite to ensure it wasn't dehydration (As I am stationed in the desert) however, I couldn't keep it down. Going to the base medical center tomorrow for further checks. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Migraine, Dehydration
