Shared a kale, ginger, lemongrass, carrot smoothie with my boyfriend Sunday 01/23/17 around 3pm. Went to work 01/24/17 and felt mild stomach discomfort (gassy) during the day. By the time I was driving home from work at 6p, I was afraid I would not make it home before I vomited. I have horrible projectile vomiting and diarrhea, and horrible stomach cramping. My boyfriend is at work currently since he works second shift and he is experiencing the same symptoms. This smoothie is the only item that we shared consumption of yesterday! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Cramps
