Restaurant was storing food in containers that aren’t food grade, cockroaches by dishwashing counter and main preparation counter and above dishwashing sink, tempura batter was sitting at room temperature, fish thawed improperly, utensils weren’t sanitized, cooked rice wasn’t kept hot enough, restaurant was using escolar for tuna rolls without disclosing that on menu, no test strips for sanitizer.
