Additional information: I had food poisoning on Friday March 8th. I had no control over my bowels and my stomach pain was so intense. Tried to take Imodium and just threw that up. Not mention expelling lots of my body’s water when i had nothing left | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
