Made 2 willow tree chicken salad sandwiches on Sunday night 9/4 on stop and shop brand hot dog rolls and within the hour was nauseous. A little after that the vomiting started and severe nausea and headache. Vomiting at least every hour if not more. Tried pepto bismol which didn't help. Couldn't even keep down water. Next day at 10:30am still have no appetite, headache, a little dizzy and exhausted. I'm sure if I ate something I'd throw it up. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Dizziness, Loss of Appetite
