Shrimp-Chicken Combo Causes Illness - Surf and Turf, Palm Bay Florida

Dec 4th around 3 pm ate surf and turf which consisted of shrimp and chicken with mash potatoes and gravy with a iced tea. The same eve got overall minor flu symptoms that continued got worse and included
severe stomach pains, gas diarrhea and more severe flu symptoms and slight fever for about 3 days. Itis the fourth day not quite over My wife had a shrimp to taste and experienced same symptoms not as severe for a shorter time. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Stomach Pain, Gas
