I ate a sweetgreen salad with romaine and arugula as the base with cucumbers, tomatoes, bleu cheese, egg. I often eat all of these ingredients. 30 minutes after eating, I experienced stomach cramping followed by insane diarrhea + some nausea. I have continued to have these symptoms for the past 3 hours. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps
