I got a modified crispy rice bowl. Within two hours I was having horrible stomach pains, along with diarrhea and nausea. 4 hours later I started to vomit.

UPDATE: I have been diagnosed with Staphylococcus aureus from the salad, which makes sense why the symptoms came so suddenly. In addition, I have also been diagnosed with strep throat. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! VERY UNSANITARY!! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
