First report it to the health department where you live. Go back to the restaurant and y'all report it. Then call Poison Control Center to report it. I was poisoned in March with salmonella after eating chicken noodle soup at Panera Bread in Waldorf MD. The manager gave me the name of his insurance company Selective Insurance. I stayed in the hospital three weeks with an NG tube up my nose. I lost 24 lbs. I vomited six times in Urgent Care at Kaiser. I couldn't walk for quite some time.
