Onion rings and a vanilla milkshake, I ate a small order of onion rings and a small vanilla milkshake from here around 1pm. I felt generally “icky” for awhile afterward and then around 5pm my symptoms got much worse. By 5:30pm I was alternately vomiting and experiencing diarrhea. It’s been over an hour now. I am still sitting on the toilet holding a puke bucket. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
