Vegan Crunch Wrap Illness - Taco Bell, Marysville Washington

I had a crunch wrap with no meat, add potatoes and onions. I ate most of it and at the end wasn’t feeling well at all. That was about 2 pm or so. It’s all I ate that day and I felt fine until then. Within 10 minutes I had stomach cramps and nausea. Another 15 or 20 minutes and I Did not make it home before I started vomiting and having diarrhea. I was nauseous for hours afterwards. I have never had food poisoning before but that’s all I can assume as I had nothing to eat that day or the night before. After it was all done I slept for 12 hours and had a pounding headache. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache
