Food Safety Report: Taco Bell, 11th Saint Southwest Plaza, Spencer, IA, United States.

Taco Bell, 11th Saint Southwest Plaza, Spencer, IA, United States

320 11th Street Southwest Plaza, Spencer, 51301 Iowa, United States

I ate at the Taco Bell in Spencer, Iowa at about 7 pm yesterday (Wednesday). I ordered a Chalupa combo and a side of cinnabons. I had skipped breakfast and lunch, so I had not eaten anything for 26 hours prior to eating Taco Bell, and had already evacuated my system of any previously consumed food before I consumed the Taco Bell food. At about 10-11 pm I started feeling abdominal pain. I began feeling feverish and nauseated around 11 pm and then started simultaneously suffering from diarrhea, vomiting, and extreme saliva production at 11:30 pm. These symptoms have continued in constant waves for 2.5 hours and counting. The diarrhea and nausea still continue as of now (2 am). I have not been able to leave the bathroom yet but I may have to see an ER doctor soon if these symptoms continue to worsen. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
