I ate a Taco Bell Quesarito and a hard shell taco. On the morning of 7/4/18 I become ill with vomiting and diarrhea. I continued vomiting for the entire day, evening. I have since stopped vomiting but have been feeling off and feverish since along with diarrhea. It is now 7/9/18 and I am still not feeling well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
