Gastroenteritis After Taco Meal - Taco Bell, Kissimmee Florida

I ate at Taco Bell yesterday 08/16/2018 at 7pm. I woke up at 5am throwing up lettuce, beans and chicken. That food should've been digested already then I started having diarrhea. I went to the hospital and got diagnosed with gastroenteritis. I want to do something about this I was so miserable in the hospital and throughout the entire day.
