I ordered a chalupa box and a extra bean and beef burrito on 03/11/26 at night for dinner. I went to bed waking up several times to use the bathroom. Couldn't go to work and I had chills headache. My body hurts couldnt sleep couldnt walk when I stand I felt dizzy. Its been 2 days now I feel a bit better but my head still hurts my body hurts and I still have diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
