My husband bought Taco Bell late Monday night 5/28/18 sometime between 8:30 - 9:00 pm. I ate two hardshell tacos and drank one ice tea. I began vomiting at 3:30am, I called Kaiser Hospital around 11:30am and was told to go to emergency room in San Jose. I did not have anyone available to take me and I was so dizzy from dehydration I could not safely walk downstairs. My daughter came much later and brought me ice chips, which I was able to tolerate in very small quantities over the entire night. Vomiting was accompanied by severe headache and low backache. Starting Wednesday morning I have severe diarrehia. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache, Dizziness, Body Ache
