Food Safety Report: Taco Bell.

Had a beef chalupa and hard shell taco at 8:30 pm. Woke up about 3:45am with diarrhea and nausea and tried falling back asleep. Woke up about 6 am with more of the same and finally vomited around 9 am. Felt instantly better for the time being. The nausea returned and I was unable to eat or drink anything without feeling sick until 3 am the following night. Had to take a sick day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
