Memorial City Mall, Houston, 77024 Texas, United States

Ate Taco Bell, went home, was sick within 3-5 hours. Began vomiting uncontrollably. Diarrhea as well. Was sick for 24 hours, could not move. NEVER EATING THERE AGAIN. Thought i was going to die. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
