Ordered Taco Bell at 11 pm on my way home. Got home approximately 5 minutes later and ate. Went to sleep feeling perfectly fine, but woke up at 4 am with a fever in a pool of sweat feeling like couldn't move because I was so dizzy. I leaned my head over the edge of the bed and started vomitting onto the floor for about 10 minutes straight. I had to call out of work the next day and go to the doctor because I was still feeling nauseas and dizzy the whole day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Sweating
