I ate at taco bell the University of Houston on November 21 Monday around 5-6 PM time frame. I ordered the number is three combo which is the supreme tacos and a drink and the location was the University of Houston and Houston Texas Taco Bellat the underground satellite.
I got sick around 4am - I was up all night - did not get a drop of sleep. I kept throwing up and then finally around 7:00 AM I woke up with diarrhea and still vomiting but what I was vomiting was basically just a bunch of stomach acid because I couldn't eat anything else after. I barely drank water afterwards. I had an exam the next day I'm a college student. So this really affected me. Took a plastic bag for my examination. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting
