I had a loaded potato griller and a bite of a chicken quesadilla around 11 pm on February 6 I then was woke up by the worst pain I've her felt in my life in my abdomen, I don't know what time but I vomited almost fainted on the toilet while sweating profusely and according to my housemates who heard my cries of agony carried me upstairs and laid me down around 4 am, then my body proceeded to flush whatever was left inside my intensines into the toilet after which I took a lovely cocktail of tums peptobismal an ambian and a Vicodin after that I think I fell asleep and was fine aside from being dizzy and fatigued after waking up around 2pm this afternoon | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Fatigue, Stomach Pain, Sweating
