BEEF TACO SALAD, ATE THAT, THEN 1 HOUR LATER GOT TO VOMITING, DIARRHEA, STOMACH CRAMPS SO BAD COULD EVEN FIND A PLACE TO LAY DOWN FOR 5 MINS. ON TOILET ALL NIGHT THEN AROUND 4AM, STARTED WITH BLOODY STOOL, AND GETTING DEHYDRATED. TRYING TO GET OVER THIS AT HOME , BUT MIGHT HAVE TO GO TO E.R. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
