I had ordered a nacho fries box and was a bit disappointed in the beefy 5 layer burrito as the meat tasted a bit off. Later this day I began to have stomach pain. I ended up going to sleep but woke up during the night 4-5 times and throwing up 4 times. Now it is the following day and my stomach pain and chills are still here. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
