I had 3 taco supremes and about 24 hours later I started having incredibly painful stomach cramps which were then followed by explosive diarrhea. My wife about 2 years ago while pregnant had Taco Bell as well and ended up in the ER due to stomach cramps, diahreah, dehydration, that lead to early term contractions. Coincidentally, that was the last time we went to Taco Bell and now that I made the biggest mistake in going back (the rest of the family got KFC and was fine) I am paying for it dearly. Stomach feels completely ravaged by this. Don't eat Taco Bell, save yourself the stomach and heart ache. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dehydration, Cramps
