Taco Bell, 3rd Avenue, Charleston, WV, United States

1664 3rd Avenue, Charleston, 25387 West Virginia, United States

I went to Taco Bell around 10 pm on Saturday, Dec. 17th. I started having watery diarrhea at 11 and then started vomiting soon after that. I stayed awake with ~10 episodes of vomiting and diarrhea for the rest of the night, and around 7 am the following morning I was vomiting foamy green bile. My body rejected water and ice chips three times before I went to the doctor for anti-nauasea medicine. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Bile
