Today August 30th at 5:40 pm I ate some wrap with chicken at Taco Bell. It tasted good to me but few minutes after eating it I felt very nauseated. I tried to hold the urge but I couldn't hold any longer and I started throwing up few times and then I started having diahrrea . After few trips to the bathroom I felt very weak. I drank some apple cider vinegar with lemon juice and water and also took activated charcoal. At 9:14 pm still have diahrrea and , weak and very sleepy. If the diahrrea continues I will need to go to the emergency room. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea, Weakness
