Veggie Tostada Illness - Taco Bell, Broomfield Colorado

On 9/14 at approximately 4:20pm I went through the drive through and ordered the vegetarian spicy tostada. Around 7pm I began feeling nauseous. At 8:20 while I was driving home I began vomiting. My symptoms progressed throughout the evening. I experienced nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, chills, fever, and muscle cramps. My symptoms have persisted now for nearly 24 hours with no signs of stopping. Unable to stand or keep water down. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills
