Yesterday through out today so over 24 hours Taco Bell I ordered a chicken taco and two beef tacos And as soon as I finished it, I was so sick. I couldn’t control my stomach at work and continue to have diarrhea while vomiting all night until this evening.

On 9/14 at approximately 4:20pm I went through the drive through and ordered the vegetarian spicy tostada. Around 7pm I began feeling nauseous. At 8:20 while I was driving home I began vomiting.
