4am Taco bell I had a grilled cheese burrito, a chicken quesadilla with fries on it, and a Cinnabon delight 2 pack. Woke up dehydrated 4 hours later and then had severe stomach cramps. Sat on the toilet a bit and am having severe diarrhea. Along side puked while using the toilet.. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
