Ordered two steak quesadillas at around 10pm on 6/28/25. Came home, ate, went to bed. Woke up around 3:00am feeling nauseous, ended up having a puking fit 30 minutes later as well as diarrhea. About every hour and a half since I have had severe puking. Currently have a fever with body aches, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Body Ache
